National Tree Day
Volunteers joined Tree Canada and the City of Charlottetown on September 26th, 2026 to celebrate National Tree Day with a commemorative tree planting. Over 200 plants were added to the Confederation Trail by volunteers, City Staff and Tree Canada Representatives. Volunteers learned how to plant native trees and shrubs from our urban forestry experts with hands-on instructions.
