Climate Action Microgrants provide funding to individuals and community organizations planning events or projects that support climate resilience, food security, reconciliation, healthy communities, and a more inclusive Charlottetown. Eligible projects may receive up to $2,500 to help turn community-based environment and sustainability ideas into action.
Applications open each spring in April, with application forms, program guidelines, and eligibility information posted on the City's website. Residents and organizations can apply by submitting a project proposal that aligns with the City's climate action goals and demonstrates a positive community impact.
