4.4.3. Build all new City buildings to net zero or Passive House standards.
4.4.5. Complete retrofits to structures, facilities, and equipment in City parks to work towards net zero park operations.
4.4.6. Reduce emissions from City lawn maintenance practices through investment in electric equipment and natural methods.
6.3.3. Continue to educate staff and enforce the City’s anti-idling policy for City vehicles, including public transit buses.
6.3.4. Create a corporate Fleet Strategy that includes electrification, rightsizing, and assesses needs for shared vehicles at different City facilities.
